We’re thrilled that metal is no longer a boys club, but how is the scene doing when it comes to diversity and inclusion?
How many of our brethren are black, Latino, Asian, etc? How are we treating them? Furthermore, how are we interacting with women of color? These are all questions that I’ve been asking personally because I feel like the scene still needs some work when it comes to inclusivity.
We could always be better.
