It may not quite feel like it just yet, but spring is on its way and here to stay (til’ summer, that is).
This spring, I’m seeing all of the girlies on Instagram experiment with their wardrobes – and it’s about time we did so! Here’s a look at what a lot of us are wearing this spring.
You’ll notice the following trends:
- White dresses
- Experimenting with color
- Skirts
- Flowy material
- Mesh/sheer moments
- Shorts
- Cowboy boots… because Beyoncé said so.
Truthfully, all of these are closet staples during any transitional season, and definitely worth the investment.

The boots I’m wearing in the Instagram pic are from the brand-new Gothic Americana collection from Dr. Martens. Do yourself a favor and grab a pair! You’ll absolutely see use of color here this season, fun florals (…groundbreaking, truly) and shorts, dresses and skirts.
