When I first discovered Natalie Bencivenga online, I felt like I’d met a long lost big sister. We have so much in common!
Natalie is a journalist and media personality in my native Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Before I left Pittsburgh in 2013, I was trying to do what she’s actively doing today (hosting and creating content). I just focused more on the radio side of media. At the time, those slots were filled in Pittsburgh. Life took me to the Midwest instead, but I’ll always have love for my hometown.
Natalie and I share this love for Pittsburgh. We’re both descendents of Italian immigrants who came to this country to find work and prosper. We’re both women in media.
